How do I add my email signature to Outlook for Mac (2024)?

  1. Log in to your htmlsig.com account and select the signature you want to install.

  2. Click Open in New Tab to view your signature in its own browser tab.

  3. Select your signature and copy it to your clipboard (Cmd + C).

  4. Open Outlook on your Mac, go to Preferences > Signatures, click the + button to create a new signature, and paste your copied signature (Cmd + V) into the new signature window.

  5. Save your changes, then select your new signature for new emails and replies.
