How do I add my email signature to Outlook for Android?
Log in to your htmlsig.com account and select the signature you want to install.
Tap Open in New Tab to view your signature in its own browser tab.
Select and copy your signature to your clipboard.
Open the Outlook app, tap your profile icon or the menu icon, then go to Settings > [your account] > Signature.
Paste your copied signature into the signature field and save.
