Installing your email signature on Windows 10 Mail

How do I add my email signature to Windows 10 Mail?

  1. Open your signature in Chrome.

  2. Click Open in New Tab, then select and copy your signature to your clipboard.

  3. Open the Windows 10 Mail app.

  4. Click the settings icon in the bottom-left corner.

  5. Click Signature in the right-side panel.

  6. In the signature editor, right-click and click the small arrow next to the paste option.

  7. From the expanded menu, select Keep Source Formatting.

Your signature is now installed and ready to use in Windows 10 Mail.
