Will my signatures stop working after I cancel?
Yes. When you cancel your htmlsig subscription, your signatures and their assets (images and links) stay active for a short grace period, then are permanently removed from our servers along with your account. Once that happens, any signature using htmlsig-hosted images or links will show broken images or dead links.
What should I do before I cancel?
If you've set up signatures for teammates, clients, or anyone else on your account, let them know their signatures will stop working after cancellation. This avoids broken images or links showing up in their emails.
