How do I add my email signature to Thunderbird?

On htmlsig.com, use the Download Signature feature to save your signature file to your computer.

Open Thunderbird and go to Account Settings.

Select your email account in the left panel.

Check Attach the signature from a file, click Choose, and select the file you downloaded.

Click OK — your signature is now ready to use.
