Why do email signatures sometimes break in replies?
When you send an email with your signature, and the recipient replies with your original message included, their email client can strip out parts of your signature's underlying code or remove images entirely. This can distort the layout or leave images missing in that reply thread.
Is this a problem with my signature?
No — this happens on the recipient's end, based on how their specific email client handles quoted/forwarded content. It's not something you can fully prevent from your side, since it depends on the software they're using to reply.
Does this affect emails I send?
No. This only affects how your signature appears in someone else's reply — your original, outgoing email always sends with your signature intact.
