How do I cancel my htmlsig account?
You can cancel your htmlsig account at any time from your dashboard. Once you cancel, we will stop billing you and your account will stay active until the end of your current subscription period, then close automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund by sending an email to [email protected] within 5 days of your last payment. Please include your account details and a copy of your most recent invoice or receipt. We will refund your most recent payment and close your account for you.
What happens after I cancel or request a refund?
Your account closes at the end of your billing period (for cancellations) or immediately once your refund is processed (for refund requests). You won't be billed again after that.
