How do I add social media links to my signature?
Go to the Social tab in the signature editor. Visit each of your social profiles, copy the URL, and paste it into the matching field.

Does WhatsApp work differently?
Yes. Instead of a normal profile URL, use a WhatsApp "click to chat" link in this format:

https://wa.me/<number>

Replace <number> with your full phone number in international format, with no zeroes, brackets, dashes, or spaces.

  • Use: https://wa.me/15551234567

  • Don't use: https://wa.me/+001-(555)1234567

Can I include a pre-filled message?
Yes:

  • With your number: https://wa.me/15551234567?text=I%27m%20interested%20in%20your%20listing

  • Without a number (lets the recipient choose who to send it to): https://wa.me/?text=I%27m%20interested%20in%20your%20listing

Note: the phone number you use must have an active WhatsApp account.
