How to install your email signature on Outlook Android

Follow these simple instructions to install  your email signature:

1. Open your signature: Log in to your htmlsig.com account and select the email signature you want to install.
2. Open in a new tab: tap the “Open in New Tab” button to view your signature in a separate browser tab.
3.  Copy to clipboard: Highlight your email signature and copy it to your clipboard.
4. Paste in Outlook: Open Outlook on your Mac, go to Preferences Signatures, click the “+” button to create a new signature, and paste your copied signature into the new signature window.
