If you are unhappy with your account please reach out, maybe we can help. If you would like to cancel your account, while logged in to your dashboard click on the account link in the main navigation. From that page, you will be able to cancel your subscription. This will close your account.
If you decide to reactivate your account on your next login you will be asked to renew your subscription.
