How do I add my email signature to Roundcube?

  1. Open your signature on htmlsig.com and click Open in New Tab.

  2. Select and copy your signature to your clipboard.

  3. Log in to Roundcube and click Settings.

  4. Go to the Identities tab and select your email identity.

  5. Open the Signature section and check HTML signature to enable the HTML editor.

  6. Click the HTML button in the toolbar to open the HTML source editor, then paste your copied signature.

  7. Click Save.

  8. To make sure your signature displays correctly, go to Settings > Preferences > Composing Messages and set Compose HTML messages to Always.
