What is a Generator?
A Generator is a signature template you create once and share with your team. It lets teammates build their own signatures quickly while staying consistent with your brand guidelines — you control the design and which fields (like name, email, phone, or social links) they're allowed to fill in themselves.
Note: Generators are available on Pro accounts.
How do I create a Generator?
From your dashboard, click Create a Generator.
Fill out the template and set your default styles.
Name your Generator and choose which fields team members can edit — for example, Name, Email, Phone, and Social Links.
Share the Generator link with your team. Every signature they create will show up in your dashboard.
